SESSION AND SIDEMAN INFO In addition to his original project, Jere is in-demand as a session player and live sideman. He is currently working with some of LA's finest singers and songwriters, assisting them in realizing their musical visions. THE BUZZARDS Legendary guitarist and producer Will Ray recently completed a CD with the alt country/Americana band The Buzzards at his studio in Burbank, CA. Released in early 2006, the CD contains great songs co-written by Will and the band, as well as plenty of his fiery playing. However, Will and his wife relocated to North Carolina, leaving the Buzzards in LA without a "Telemaster" to pull off the tunes live. Enter Jere, who was selected to replace Will in the band. According to Will, Jere is "the only guy who could fill my shoes in the Buzzards. Twang lives on!" "I've enjoyed learning Will's parts, then injecting my own playing style into the band's sound," says Jere, "It's an honor to be keeping the Will Ray flame burning here in town." Henry has opened for Jon Mayer in the US and recently played his first London show.
